Our clinical model
Assessment first
Every client receives a full biopsychosocial assessment and psychiatric evaluation at intake. Level of care is set by ASAM criteria, not by a fixed calendar.
Integrated dual diagnosis
One team treats substance use and mental health together. Psychiatrists, therapists, and nurses meet daily.
Trauma-informed at every level
Staff are trained to recognize how trauma drives behavior and to avoid re-traumatization. EMDR, CPT, and trauma-informed DBT are available.
Evidence-based modalities
CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, contingency management, medication-assisted treatment, and family systems therapy.
Continuity of care
The same clinical team follows clients from detox through outpatient. Transitions are planned, not handoffs.
Measured outcomes
We track engagement, completion, continuity, and patient experience from day one and will publish network-level data once it is clinically defensible.
