Who Detox is for
Anyone who is physically dependent on alcohol, benzodiazepines, opioids (including fentanyl), or other substances and needs medical supervision to stop safely. Alcohol and benzodiazepine withdrawal can be life-threatening and should never be attempted alone.
What to expect
24-hour nursing, daily physician rounds, medication management, nutritional support, and introduction to individual and group therapy as tolerated. Every client receives a psychiatric evaluation and a written treatment plan within the first days of care, and that plan is reviewed weekly with you.

That matters because the transitions between levels are where most people fall out of treatment. After Detox, most clients step down to inpatient treatment with the same therapists, the same psychiatrist, and the same case manager.
